How it works

- Send it on. You will get the gift card straight away, ready to forward to whoever it is for.
- They book in. The recipient mentions the gift card when they book or arrive, and the balance comes off their visit.
Symmetrics Health gift cards never expire and carry no fees, in line with Prince Edward Island consumer protection rules. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash.
Gift Card Questions
Does the gift card expire?
No. Gift cards purchased from Symmetrics Health never expire and no fees are deducted from the balance over time.
What can it be used for?
Massage therapy, physiotherapy, chiropractic, and osteopathy appointments with any of our practitioners.
Can it be used across more than one visit?
Yes. The balance stays on the recipient’s account and comes off each visit until it is used up.
How soon can I send it?
Right away. The gift card is issued as soon as your payment goes through, so it works for last minute gifts.
Can I use it together with my insurance?
Yes. Insurance is billed as usual, and the gift card covers whatever portion is left for you to pay.
